Our kitchen and dining room renovation began because the flooring had become rotten and there were significant structural issues that needed to be addressed.

What could have been an overwhelming project turned into a very positive experience thanks to Francisco Brito and Roofing 365. Francisco was an incredible asset throughout the entire process. He provided clear guidance, helpful information, and honest recommendations every step of the way. He helped me choose the right flooring for my needs, and his wife even created a digital rendering showing what the kitchen would look like with the cabinets I selected. That extra effort made it much easier to make decisions and feel confident moving forward. The crew was respectful, professional, and especially considerate of the safety needs of the older adults in the home. They kept the work areas carefully blocked off and made sure the space remained safe throughout the project. Communication was excellent. They always showed up when they said they would, and there were never excuses or missed days. That level of reliability and professionalism meant a lot. Francisco treated us with respect, patience, and kindness throughout the entire renovation. His integrity and professionalism made a difficult structural repair go smoothly. The finished kitchen and dining area are now safe, structurally sound, and beautiful. If you are looking for a reliable contractor for structural repairs or kitchen renovation work in Montgomery County, I highly recommend Francisco and Roofing 365. If I ever need work like this done again, they will be the first call I make.

Wow… Francisco and his team were absolutely incredible with a shower remodel in our home.

They arrived on time and did quality work every day. They ensured everything was installed accurately and worked to make any concerns right. Francisco himself went above and beyond before the job answering my countless question, during the job with supervision and management and even after the job if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Francisco and his team for any home needs! Thank you Francisco!!!

Roofing 365 was a second opinion for me for a roof replacement.

I'm glad I called them. They were a fraction of the cost of the first company. Francisco came out, gave an evaluation of my roof and helped enormously with my insurance company. He came out a second time (before we had an agreement), corrected the quantity with the insurance adjuster on the claim so I got the full amount from my insurance. The work was quick, one day, and turned out beautifully. They cleaned the area well. I've been through a couple of rain storms and have found no leaks. They also replaced the concrete caps on my brick pillars at the end of my driveway and installed new lights for me. All the work has been very good and priced well. Francisco has also been very responsive every time that I have contacted him. I have no hesitation recommending them and would certainly use them again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my roof replaced by Roofing 365, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond. I was initially having a difficult time with my homeowners insurance, as they weren’t willing to cover the damage—even though there was significant hail damage to my roof. Francisco stepped in and made all the difference. He worked directly with the insurance company, providing detailed photos and thorough explanations that clearly showed the extent of the damage. His knowledge and persistence helped get the situation properly addressed. Throughout the process, Francisco was incredibly communicative, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed or left in the dark. The installation team was just as impressive. They worked efficiently and thoroughly, and when the job was done, they made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. You wouldn’t even know a full roof replacement had just taken place. If you’re looking for a roofing company that genuinely cares, advocates for you, and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend Roofing 365.
